I’m 5’10, about 170 pounds and got the medium regular. Pants fit me perfectly with room to move around and comfortable to wear all day. Quality of the pants feels amazing and super durable. Not cheaply made by any means.

Top shelf condition and new

Well made, and sized correctly for a medium frame guy like me. I am 5' 10" tall, 160 lbs. I purchased these to wear as my main day to day casual wear pants, but I also like that I can also go out and hunt and fish with them, or just go out and hike in some rugged places and not worry too much about the terrain and rougher areas. These are pretty durable, but still very lightweight, so you don't get the extra burden with the clothing when doing activities like that, they don't make you feel overheated and burdened when doing stuff in the great outdoors. They are not meant for sub-zero temperatures, but will certainly work down to about 40 degrees and even a bit lower in some situations if you just need something as an extra layer of under-clothing to help with the chill. The main zipper pocket is great, and I am pleased with the overall quality of these. I think you'll like them too. If you have a good understanding of how the fit works on these, you'll have zero issues and can be sure to get a perfect fit. My medium sized hips, mean I need to order the smalls and they are exactly the right fit, in my opinion. I could go with a medium, but it would just be too loose and would have a baggy, long looking appearance and loose fitting legs. I would definitely go with a medium if you are thinking you are in the thick range between the two size categories, as you may have some risk of a small being too tight, and medium too loose. It is an excellent value, I'd say. The best bang for your buck for outdoor/casual wear pants. For me, anyway. They are light enough, yet strong and sturdy.

These are very well made, in fact, they were made in Europe and the tag shows it! I purchased three pairs of trousers, and they are excellent. They are light weight, but they have a durable look to them.
