Exclusives
One of a Kind • Documented Provenance • Gone Means Gone
Every item on this page is the only one we have — and the only one we will ever have. Screen-used Hollywood firearms, celebrity estate pieces, and historical artifacts, each with documented provenance and a story you can hold. When a piece here finds its new home, it doesn’t restock.
About the Keep Shooting Exclusives Collection
Most of our catalog restocks. This page is the exception. Exclusives is where we list the one-of-a-kind pieces that come through our doors — screen-used and celebrity-owned firearms, estate items, and historical artifacts — each one accompanied by the documentation and provenance that separates a collector piece from a curiosity. Every listing here is unique by definition: when it sells, the page comes down, and no amount of asking will produce a second one.
A few highlights from the collection as of this writing. The centerpiece is the Colt 1991A1 hero pistol carried by Al Pacino as Lt. Vincent Hanna in HEAT — a documented piece of one of the most celebrated crime films ever made. Television history is represented from the estate of James Arness, Marshal Matt Dillon himself, with his Gunsmoke tribute RG23 revolver and his own WWII US Army uniform — Arness landed at Anzio before he ever wore a marshal’s badge. From Robert Stack, Eliot Ness of The Untouchables and longtime shooting-sports advocate, we have his 1994 NRA American Hero gold medal and a collector Thompson case built by Gordon Herigstad — the fitted-case maker whose work defines the Tommy Gun collecting world.
The music world checks in with Don McLean’s Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380 — yes, that Don McLean — and the deep-history shelf holds an authenticated Eliphalet Remington III signature, a razor-cut card from the family that put its name on two centuries of American firearms. Other pieces come and go without fanfare — the collection page always shows exactly what’s in the case right now.
Two practical notes. First, provenance: every Exclusives listing spells out what documentation accompanies the piece — letters, certificates, estate paperwork, or chain-of-custody records — so you know exactly what you’re getting before you commit. Second, logistics: items that are firearms transfer through your local FFL like any other gun we sell, collectible or not; everything else ships insured from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Questions about a specific piece, or want more photos? Get in touch before it’s gone — these do not come back.
And this collection is a two-way street. The pieces on this page came from estates, collectors, and consignors — if you’re holding a documented one-of-a-kind piece of firearms or Hollywood history, our Sell To Us program would love to hear about it. For collector pieces that restock a little more reliably, our military collectibles department runs deep, and the firearms catalog covers everything we sell that isn’t one-of-a-kind.
