Belgian Postal Rain Shell

This is the foul-weather jacket issued to carriers of bpost, the Belgian postal service, for delivery rounds in rain, wind and poor winter light. A Gore-Tex shell keeps the water out, and wide reflective bands make the wearer easy for drivers to see at dusk.
