Browning Microblast Flashlight

I like this little flashlight very much it's small enough to keep in my car. The one downside is that if you are not used to a battery operated flashlight you may need to shake it up and down before it'll work. I do like it though.

Excellent flashlight and good light.

I am 6' 5" tall and this thing feels good in my hand. I love the strap so I can carry it over my shoulder or around my neck. The clip is very useful and gives me a lot of flexibility for carrying the flashlight. The beam is quite powerful and the AAA's that come with it have lasted for over a year. It has a removable battery which makes it very useful for having fresh AAA's in reserve. I've bought several and gifted several of these flashlights. Just plain fun.

Small enough to fit in a pocket and large enough to do the job, yet small enough to be easy to carry in the car and around the house. I can't find anything to complain about, so this little item is well worth the price. If it gets broken, then we will see if it is worth the price!

I carry a lot of tools with me, this is great to fit in my bag with my flashlights, with no additional space. Super Bright!

What more can you say. It’s small, but not very light, which is a given when you go with steel and metal switch. I’m always afraid I’m going to throw it into the dirty pile at the shop, but it has lasted me over a year now, with the help of one tac clean every 2 weeks or so, in harsh wrenching environment, at work and at home. This should not wear out until I break it. 4 stars. But it’s a brown-out and brown always means ‘you do it’ lol. No real problem, the locking feature of two sections has not been a hassle, which would take one star off, because I could still lose the threads for some reason. It’s not even a scratch on the hype. So this would still rate as good if you look for a lightweight carry everywhere you can hand that is more or less perfect. That said: Compared to other ‘key light’ lights that I used and disliked: this gives me better visibility for a bigger area, better fringe-area lights, but with smaller button to catch onto something with. (Not to throw) If that means better function to me. I use it to find or assist tools I lost, look into tiny things that I cannot light up otherwise (most places at home have regular ceiling lights, and at work it’s a waste of electricity, I guess) and even looking around the corner if you think about it in a flash light fashion. It’s compact, and just right to fit my purse, a jacket, a tool box and all places where it is meant to be. But it can be handheld as well. So yeah... It does the job, I use it and it lasts for now. I don’t think you will break it, but if I find something like it that breaks less I will buy that one. If I can find one that doesn’t last as long I will buy it too, because for every single day of working I want the best visibility and highest practical luminosity that my wallet will buy for my day’s purpose, or at home or out and about, when not in my pocket and it gets shuffled and accidentally turned on. Great, sturdy little light. Not much more to say. I have had the orange one since it came out. It finally quit after many years of use. I bought this replacement. If it wears out I'll buy another one just like it. It's small enough to fit in a shirt pocket. The light from the Cree XM-L HL LED is great. It puts out a huge bright circle of light that can be adjusted from very narrow to wide and everywhere in between. I carry this light with me everywhere I go, and in all kinds of weather. Great for all kinds of everyday uses. Just had to change the AA batteries. It came with one D cell and one set of button type button-on-/off batteries. Easy to unscrew to put in new batteries. 2AAs is just right for the little AAA power it uses. Good brightness and runtime.

I have several of these in my truck and one at home. They are very bright and last forever on a set of batteries.

I have had several of these over the years and this one is no different than the others in terms of quality or performance. The only difference between this model and some of my older ones is that it has a zoom feature. It works well but I don't use it much because I prefer to just leave it on full power and adjust the beam by moving my head instead of changing the focus of the lens.

I bought this to replace my old Maglite that was getting worn out and I am very happy with it. It's bright enough to read by at night and the zoom feature is great when you need to see something in detail or if you just want to shine a light on a specific area.
