This version of the People's Liberation Army enlisted visor was in use by the Chinese Army from 1947-1991.
Pinned to the front of the visor is a metal badge with the traditional red star with gold wreath. Sitting directly below the emblem is a black chinstrap that is connected to the visor with two gold chinstrap buttons that are embossed with the CCP star. The middle and crown of the visor has red piping that runs the diameter of the visor. The interior of the hat features Chinese writing and space for a manufacturers or unit label.
