These Rothco BDU pants follow the cut of the classic US Battle Dress Uniform trouser, the loose, many-pocketed field pant that became the template for modern cargo pants. They are printed in city digital camo, a pixelated pattern of black, gray and white built for concrete, snow and urban settings rather than woodland. • Cotton-Poly Twill Fabric — A 55% cotton, 45% polyester twill, a tight diagonal weave that resists abrasion, mixes cotton's comfort with polyester's strength and holds its shape after washing.

• Six-Pocket Layout — Two front slash pockets, two button-down back pockets and two flapped cargo pockets on the thighs give you room for a phone, wallet, gloves and small kit.
• Reinforced Seat And Knees — A second layer of fabric covers the areas that wear through first when you kneel, crawl or sit on rough ground.
• Double-Stitched Seams — Two rows of stitching along the seams spread the load so they hold up to hard use.

Fabric And Construction

Rothco builds these pants on the original BDU design: a roomy cut for freedom of movement, deep thigh cargo pockets, and reinforcement where field trousers usually fail. The 55/45 cotton and polyester twill is lighter and easier to care for than all-cotton fabric while still taking rough handling. The adjustable waist, button fly and ankle drawstrings are the same practical details found on issue BDU trousers, so the pants pair easily with a matching BDU shirt or your existing kit.
