Double-Action OTF Knife

The Cobratec CTK-1 Large is an OTF (out-the-front) knife, meaning the blade travels straight out of the end of the handle instead of swinging open on a pivot. A single thumb slide fires the 3.75-inch D2 drop point blade and pulls it back in, so you can open and close it with one hand. Cobratec built it for everyday carry and general cutting jobs, and this version pairs a bright blade with a stonewashed aluminum handle.

• D2 Tool Steel Blade — D2 is a high-carbon tool steel known for holding an edge well, and the blade is stamped D2 at the base.

• Skeletonized Blade Cutouts — Four milled slots run along the upper flat of the blade and cut a little weight from it.

Build And Carry

The handle halves are held together with Torx screws and carry the Cobratec name and cobra logo on the front, with a second logo on the clip. Clip it inside a pocket, or use the sheath for belt carry. OTF knives are restricted in some states and cities, so check your local knife laws before you buy.
