Description
The Dutch Army Woodland DPM Field Jacket is a current-issue field jacket worn by soldiers in the Royal Netherlands Army. These field jackets are worn over a soldiers combat shirt, with the jackets providing an outer layer to help provide a camouflaged outer layer and protection. This style of field jacket is in use by almost all NATO aligned military forces, with this Dutch version being one of the best made and least used we have seen available on the surplus market.
This jacket would make an ideal outer layer jacket for those cool nights, or to strike a bold statement when worn with your civilian clothes. The snap up front makes this jacket easy to put on and easy to remove, and the cut will look good regardless of it being either snapped or unsnapped. You will appreciate the heavy weight material used to construct the jacket, which will help keep out cold wind and bad weather.

My boyfriend LOVES this coat! He’s a huge guy, so the XXL was definitely the way to go. It fit perfectly and was so cheap. The sleeves are huge, so they’ll be rolled up but I don’t mind because he looks great in it!

I'm female, this will make a gorgeous, modern coat for me! I love the colors and pockets and its in such great shape for its age. 4 stars just because i feel the arms run a little large for a woman. I'm an XS-S usually and it's a bit roomy, so i ordered a small and will just keep it if it's a bit large, I think. I also ordered a small to use the material to make a skirt, same issue! I will definitely be using these to make clothing for women! It is heavy for a womans coat though! Love the material. If I can return it i may order a size down to see if that helps! But I will keep it if its too big as it is gorgeous! And great quality for its age.

Fits great, the warmth is excellent. The coat doesn't lose it's shape after washing, in fact it shrinks just a bit making it a bit tighter. I have this in grey, green, and brown and wear them all year round.

I bought a Size L and am about 5'10 and weigh 170. I'm 36-38 chest and 30-32 waste. It fits very well and it very comfortable. Very well constructed. Only negative is it is a very thick material so it's not the greatest in hotter weather. I will probably be picking up another one soon.

Awesome deal! Lightweight, packable, but warm. I ordered an XL, because I wanted to cut it down, which was an easy process, but with pockets and everything intact! Perfect! I would love to order another one, but they are sold out everywhere! This jacket was originally designed to protect soldiers against cold weather, so what do you know!
