Not a Knockoffi know the real thing when i see it. These track pants are the genuine article iron cross logo and 'Bundeswehr' markings are cleanly printed, the polyester shell has that slightly silky, newer-gen sheen you only get on the actual issue items. The windproof and water-resistant outer shell is legit useful, not just marketing copy. I compared these directly against the New Gen Bundeswehr Track Pants over at KommandoStore and honestly the quality is on par, though Keep Shooting's sizing options worked out better for me personally. Only gripe is the waist runs a little loose pretty typical for surplus PT sizing, you may want to size down if you're between sizes. But for a pair of authentic German Army PT bottoms at this price? Absurd value.

Good sturdy pants for the woodsOrdered these for a weekend backpacking trip with my troop up in the Catskills and honestly they held up better than I expected. The fabric is that classic German military surplus material, kind of a heavy cotton blend, which is what I was hoping for because the boys go through brush and thorns like nobody's business. Speaking of the boys, half my scouts kept asking where I got them and I told em surplus store online but really it was here. Anyway the fit was spot on for a size large, I wear a 34 waist and these sat right where they should, maybe a touch long but I rolled the cuff once and it was fine. Shipping came quick, three days I think, and they were folded neat in the package with a tag still on them.
