Fit And Installation

The housing mounts through the slots in its two side flanges, and the open bottom of the well faces down to accept the magazine. Reisings are old guns and individual examples vary, so some hand fitting may be needed to get a clean seat and smooth magazine insertion. If you are not comfortable working on the action, have a gunsmith familiar with the platform install it.
