The Hanes Beefy Ts were thicker and stronger back in the day. This version seems flimsier and less durable. That said, these still are comfortable and work for the application for which I bought them.

This is an inexpensive, thick, and quality tee. This is a perfect staple tee for work. If I needed a thicker T-shirt I'd buy this again and again. If you're looking for something to be thin and tight, look elsewhere.

Love these shirts. They are a bit snug around the neck but don't stretch out like other brands I've purchased. They're the perfect weight, just thick enough but not too heavy. The black color is true black and the shirts don't shrink. Very happy with my purchase. I will be ordering more in the future.

What can I say? Hanes makes a good T-shirt. This one is thick and soft. You'll need an iron for it to be a perfect fit, and there is a permanent smell to it that takes a little while to wear off.

My son hates the necks on regular t-shirts, because the collar is so tight. But this one was very loose and comfy, which was a huge win. 6'2" teenager, I think this shirt is a nice fit, not a slouchy or sloppy fit. I will be getting him more! I am not saying it doesn't have the tight fit around the neck, because I am certain it does on other men's t-shirts, just not this one. But if you're looking for that style of shirt, be sure to look for this shirt. Otherwise, it's a good all around beefy t. 70/30 or 60/40, not 100% cotton. Bottom hem of shirt doesn't have stitches on both sides, just the left side. That won't be a deal breaker for me, because the t-shirt was very good quality and not "cheaply" made.

I usually buy Amazon Essential T-shirts in XL and am perfectly happy with them but they're not available right now so I tried these. They're just too small for a 3x (they should have a size guide but it's just on the shirt) and I have a fairly short torso so the cut was a bit too tight around the midsection. My suggestion is to get the shirt if you need one right now but go up a size. The material is ok but it feels like the shirt is one or two weight higher than it should be. I won't say it's a thin flannel.

This shirt was very nice. Thick, heavy material, and soft. I was looking for a beefy tee and found this to be exactly what I was looking for. This will be a good summer time work shirt for me. I got the navy blue and the fit was perfect. I am a small female and it fit me as I expected. I am only 5'3 and it comes down to my knees. I would definitely recommend this shirt to others! For the price, it was an awesome deal.

Great price. Quality material and the stitching seems well done. The fit is what I expect for a Beefy T. Too loose and the fabric on the stomach seems stretchy. The second I got in the wash, it shrunk to the correct fit. It's a one wash in for size 2X. Now that the fit is correct, I like it. Washing it and it fits the second time.

I really like this T-shirt but for me it runs just a tad bit small. I am thinking I should have gone with the next size up, just barely fits. Other than that I really like the way it feels on my skin and the color. Would have gotten a second one but the color I wanted was not available. Great t-shirt overall though.
