Inforce TFX Flashlight

Polymer Tactical Light

The Inforce TFX is a handheld LED flashlight for searching, identifying and signaling in the dark, built around a tailcap switch so you can run it with your thumb. Its 700-lumen high output and 12,000-candela beam reach about 718 feet (219 m), and a 60-lumen low setting handles close work without washing out your night vision. The body is reinforced polymer rather than aluminum, and it suits patrol officers, armed citizens, hunters and anyone who keeps a light on the belt or in a vehicle.

Features

• 700 Lumen High Output — Lumens measure total light output, and 700 on high is enough to light up a room, a yard or a treeline.
• 60 Lumen Low Mode — The low setting is for reading, map work and close tasks, and it stretches battery life considerably.
• 12,000 Candela Beam — Candela measures intensity at the center of the beam, and this rating gives an effective throw of about 718 feet (219 m).
• Tailcap Switch With Three Modes — The rear switch gives momentary-on, constant-on and strobe operation, so you can flash, hold or disorient without hunting for a button.
• Tailcap Rotation Lockout — A turn of the tailcap disables the switch so the light cannot switch on accidentally in a pocket or pack.
• Reinforced Polymer Body — The polymer housing keeps the light light in the hand and does not get as cold to the touch as metal.
• Textured Non-Slip Grip — A raised square pattern runs along the body and tailcap to hold your grip when your hands are wet or cold.
• Heat Dissipating Vents — Inforce's patented slotted vents in the head pull heat away from the LED during extended use on high.
• Waterproof To 66 Feet — The sealed body is rated waterproof to a depth of 66 feet (20 m), so rain and a dunking are no concern.
• Two CR123A Batteries Included — The light runs on two CR123A lithium cells, the compact 3-volt batteries used in most tactical lights, and both come in the box.

Power And Runtime

On the included CR123A batteries the TFX runs for about 2 hours on high and about 12 hours on low. The head, body and tailcap are finished in black with the Inforce name marked on the grip. Manufacturer part number is IF73000.
