The Rothco Inspection Ready Black Beret arrives with that work done, so it can go from the box to formation. It carries the U.S. Army blue flash with white stars on the front and is built for service members, ROTC cadets and anyone who needs a regulation-style black beret without the break-in.

Wool Build and Sizing
