Fatboy IFAK Pouch

The ITS ETA Trauma Kit Pouch is an IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) pouch, built to hold trauma supplies on your plate carrier, belt or pack where you can reach them fast. The Fatboy is the wider of ITS Tactical's two versions, giving you more room side to side than the taller, narrower Tallboy. It suits shooters, responders and anyone who carries a tourniquet, gauze and pressure bandage and wants them organized instead of jammed into a general-purpose pouch.

Features

• 500D CORDURA Exterior — The outer shell is 500-denier CORDURA nylon, a tough, abrasion-resistant fabric that keeps weight down.
• 420D Pack Cloth Interior — A lighter 420-denier pack cloth lines the inside.
• Rear Main Pocket — The large back compartment is sized for most tactical trauma kits or a loadout you've assembled yourself.
• Two Interior Wing Pockets — Side pockets hold smaller items such as decompression needles and airway devices so they don't sink to the bottom.
• Webbing and Shock Cord Flap — The inside of the front flap has webbing loops and elastic shock cord to hold rolled bandages, gloves and other loose supplies in place.
• Full Clamshell Opening — A wraparound zipper with corded pulls lets the pouch open flat so you can see everything at once.
• Top Pull Handle — A webbing grab handle with a red tab sits on top, easy to find by feel when you need the kit in a hurry.
• PALS/MOLLE Mounting — The back mounts to PALS/MOLLE webbing, the rows of nylon loops on vests, belts and packs that let you place pouches wherever you want them.
• Loop Front Panel — A hook-and-loop field on the front takes a medical identifier or patch.
• Color-Matched Hardware — Webbing, zippers and VELCRO Brand loop binding all match the pouch color.

Size and Fit

The pouch measures 7 inches tall, 5.25 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep (about 18 x 13 x 6 cm). It is sold as the pouch only, so medical supplies are not included. It mounts to any PALS/MOLLE-compatible vest, plate carrier, belt or pack, and it comes in black, coyote and multicam.
