Very easy and sharp utensils to carry and handle while camping. Not too heavy or to large for my bug out bag. Not too bulky and won't bend in a bag like other steel or aluminum eating instruments will. Very strong sharp point. I will be purchasing more of these soon. It is an inexpensive tool to keep you happy with food eating and feeling happy while hunting. Also I think you can open letters with the knife, I just haven't tried it.

The little blade inside is sturdy. The shovel handle works well for small tasks, perfect to dig for your pic-a-nic-bag. Very sharp for a stainless blade. Comes out of the packaging looking great, only needs to be sharpened once in awhile. Can use it while wearing winter gloves. Nice. The only fault I find in it, there are two small seams, running the length of the knife blade, I would rather it be one solid piece of stainless, maybe in the future designers will figure that out, not really an issue, still functional as is. Will be purchasing another. Great gift. Great to travel with, easy to store and use, very well made. 100% Satisfied

I really like these, much more than most folding camping cutlery. They work well and take very little room. And for $10.99, how can you go wrong? If you need camping utensils for you or a kid, get these. If you need cutlery to bring out to dinner parties, get these. Everyone should have a pair in their car or in their go bag. If it's for emergencies only, just get a single pair. For day to day use and especially camping, get a pair of these, you'll be glad you did.

This is my first buy of the OUTDOOR EDGE "LITE" products, but I'm sure they'll be my last, simply cause they're a very quality line of knives and spoons and everything in between. These things have sharp blades, even though they have serrated ones. These knives,spoons,utlity knives and the whole sheeesh line have great "GASKETS" to close up the blades. There are several colors to choose from, and you have an awesome back up if your regular knife if the others,or you get separated from the whole pack. They have lots of uses in outdoors activities, or to carry on your regular belt line, because I keep one with my other "REGULAR" blade in a pocket and its great. You can buy more of these things, so have some extras around. It has been great so far for me to use in my back yard campfire bar b que and so on. It takes very good advantage on different sizes of cutting, as I'm also an ex-chef, who does lots of fish,vegetables and meats for myself in the back yard when cooking out. The utensils, and even the pr o utility tool which are very durable with great handles for carrying it, can even handle cutting up a animal carcase. Its one great deal to carry around on your regular line of your BAG. Keep this stuff near for safety, your kids will take this camping trip and back pack hiking, or just use in your home back yard.

I have been using these as my camping utensils and they work great! They are easy to clean up after meals and are light weight enough to pack in your bag. The only downside is you can't use them on a hot plate or stove top.
