Nice!I wish I could wear it but unfortunately its too small the sizes definately run small so if your are XL normally I dont think I would order the XL. I will probably give this away to someone my XL feels like a medium. But it is well made and will be plenty warm to whoever I gift it to.

Well made surplus BUT runs smallI like the hat. Wish I had bought XL. The large is tight on my 7 3/8 size head.

Romanian ushankaVery nice. Matches my romanian trench coat. Ordered a xl got size 60. Which is a large. But I figured that from other reviews . Fits well . Slight moth damage which no one will notice.

Good Hat !I really like ushanka hats and collect them. Bought this hat in both a large and an extra large because unsure of sizing. Large is marked at 58 and XL at 60. Materials and stitching are solid and they fit so that they just cover maybe 1/8 of an inch of the top of my ear. Inside is cotton cloth and solidly stitched evenly throughout, unlike the Chinese ones in which the liner isn't really attached to the hat very well. The fake fur looks good and there are no rips or patches missing. One has more of a shiny grey fur and the other a lighter less shiny fur. The wool matches the Romanian overcoat available online for $30 in both color and material. If you like these hats, they are good value and really keep your head warm!

East European milsurp sizing is always iffy so use the sizing measures used by the makers (centimeters I think it is) . Medium, large, etc are just relative and don't really mean much with Euro milsurp
