The Rothco Polar Fleece Neck Warmer closes the gap between your collar and your face, where cold wind tends to get in. It is a single tube of polyester fleece that pulls over the head and can be worn at the neck, pulled up over the nose, or raised over the head. Soldiers, winter runners, snowboarders and anyone who works outside in the cold can use one in place of a scarf that loosens or blows open.
