This US Army moulage mask puts a realistic shrapnel injury on a role player's lower jaw, so medics and first responders train on something that looks like a real wound instead of a description of one. Moulage is the practice of applying simulated injuries to a live casualty actor for medical drills. A trainee who has already seen a torn jaw in training is less likely to freeze when facing a real one. • Eye Openings — Cut-out eyes let the role player see during the drill.
