Stupid good for what I paidOk so I work in a warehouse and I go through knives like crazy because I lose them or they get beat to hell and I dont want to spend Benchmade money on something thats gonna end up under a pallet rack. Grabbed this S&W 24/7 because it was cheap and honestly? Its been on my belt clip every shift for about 3 weeks now and its been great. The crossbar lock is actually really solid, reminds me of the axis lock on my buddys Benchmade except obviously not as smooth but for the price are you kidding me. I cut open boxes, strapping, shrink wrap, zip ties all night and it holds an edge better than the Gerber Paraframe I was carrying before. The assisted opening is fast and one handed which matters when your other hand is holding a flashlight at 2am. Only thing I dont love is the pocket clip is tip down only and I prefer tip up but thats just personal preference not a deal breaker.
Crossbar lock feels solid and secure, no blade play
Assisted opening is snappy and reliable
Edge holds up to daily box cutting way better than expectedPocket clip is tip-down only, no option to switch
Black coating on the blade shows scratches after like day two
