Cordura Handcuff Pouch

The Tac Shield Handcuff Pouch gives a pair of cuffs a fixed, covered spot on your load-bearing kit, so they are in the same place every time you reach for them. It mounts to MOLLE gear, the system of nylon webbing loops found on plate carriers, vests and battle belts. A closed flap keeps the cuffs from rattling loose or catching on brush and vehicle seats. It is a practical fit for security staff, law enforcement and anyone running a duty or training rig.

Features

• Cordura Nylon Construction — Cordura is a tough woven nylon known for resisting abrasion and scuffing, which suits a pouch that rides on the outside of your kit.
• Hook-and-Loop Flap Closure — The flap presses down onto a hook-and-loop panel on the front of the pouch, holding the cuffs in while still opening with one firm pull.
• Webbing Pull Tab — A strip of webbing sewn to the flap gives your fingers something to grab, even with gloves on.
• Two MOLLE Attachment Straps — Twin straps on the back weave through PALS webbing, the standard grid of 1-inch loops on tactical gear, to lock the pouch in place.
• Snap-Fastened Strap Ends — Each strap closes with a metal snap at the bottom, so the pouch stays put once mounted and does not slide out of the webbing.
• Webbing Rows on the Sides — Stitched webbing runs along the sides of the pouch body, adding structure to the walls.

• Compact Single-Item Footprint — The pouch takes up only a narrow slice of webbing, leaving room on your rig for magazines and other pouches.

Mounting and Fit

The pouch attaches the same way most modern pouches do. Thread the two back straps under the loops of your vest, carrier or belt, weave them through the pouch's own rear webbing, and press the snaps closed. It works with any gear that has standard PALS webbing, so it can move between rigs as your setup changes.
