The Elite First Aid Tactical Trauma First Aid Kit puts wound care where you can reach it fast: on your belt, plate carrier or pack. It is built around stopping bleeding and dressing injuries in the first minutes after they happen, before further help arrives. A former pararescueman designed the kit, and the layout suits shooters, hunters, range officers and anyone who carries gear in the field.

• 900D Nylon Pouch — The case is made from 900-denier nylon, a heavy, tightly woven fabric that resists abrasion and scuffing from daily carry.
• YKK Zippers — The pouch closes with YKK zippers, a maker known for zips that run smoothly and hold up to repeated use.
• MOLLE-Compatible Mounting — Webbing on the pouch lets it attach to MOLLE gear, the rows of nylon loops found on vests, plate carriers and packs.
• Belt And ALICE Straps — Two large snap straps fit belts up to 5 inches wide and also work with ALICE clips, the older US military system for hanging pouches on web gear.
• Trauma Shears — Angled shears with black handles cut through clothing and webbing to expose a wound quickly.
• Bleeding Control Dressings — Gauze pads, roller gauze and larger dressings let you pack and cover wounds and apply pressure.
• Cohesive Bandage Wrap — A roll of self-adhering wrap sticks to itself rather than to skin, so it holds dressings in place without clips.
• Burn And Minor Wound Care — Burn gel, medical tape, adhesive bandages, antiseptic wipes, tweezers and safety pins cover smaller injuries too.
• Disposable Gloves — Exam gloves sit at the top of the kit so you can put them on before treating someone else.
• Compact Footprint — The pouch measures 8 x 6 x 3.5 inches and the full kit weighs 0.86 lb.

Pouch And Carry

The black 900D nylon pouch gives you three ways to carry it: woven into MOLLE webbing, strapped to a belt up to 5 inches wide, or hung from ALICE-style gear. At 8 x 6 x 3.5 inches it sits flat on a hip or carrier without taking over the space, and it is small enough to keep in a range bag or vehicle.
