Talon Grip for Smith and Wesson SD Series

<span>It does require a little bit of trimming but I highly recommend it, it’s a great alternative if you don’t want to stipple your pistol handle and the price point is perfect!!</span>

<span>I was skeptical of covering up my original grips but these work great. It really seemed to make a difference with my naturally sweaty hands at the range. Had stayed attached well so far. They are very close to a perfect fit as well. Would like to try the pro style though. Good buy. Easy to remove.</span>

<span>Easy to install for a major upgrade</span>

<span>Fit my S&W SDVE well, I bought the rubber type ones maybe should have bought the other type but I carry inside the pants. Only thing I've found out is where the glue edges are collects lint from what ever color your shirt is. Maybe this will wear off in time ? Kind of slippery when wet, not worth the money, I'll go buy some tape if these don't work out.</span>

<span>Very easy to apply and it adds a lot of grip. It will definitely increase accuracy especially for rapped fire.</span>

<span>I got the black rubber grip for my all black Smith and Wesson SD9. It fits great, feels great, and if you follow the instructions it applies perfectly. If you look at your pistol after application from the side, it looks very sleek and almost like that is how the pistol came from the manufacturer. My only complaint is the rear of the grip, and I knew it was like this from other product review pictures. But the rear of the grip does not fully cover so you can see a small amount of the factory grip and it is obvious you have applied an aftermarket grip sticker. That being said, the important part of your hand gets the necessary grip, and I can see why it was cut like this in order to adhere correctly to the curve of the pistol grip. It is purely a visual issue, I’d much rather not see any of the original pistol grip.<br><br>Having said that, I will ALWAYS use Talon Grips in the future, they look good and most importantly add the perfect amount of grip for safer shooting.</span>

<span>used a heat gun to apply and so far it has been holding up good. it has a better feel and looks better compared to the stock grip. you could slip a little if you wear lotion or get sweaty hands but it isnt that much trouble, especially for the price its a good upgrade</span>

<span>Great buy however I wasn't thinking about this Grip while carrying a holster it does stick to clothing. Should of got the rubber one, but it's great for range shooting but besides that still a good buy. I don't regret it</span>

<span>Perfect fit but wish it came all the way up on the back. Really easy to install and used hairdryer to adhere it. Had to to make no alterations and will order more for my other models. Makes my fire arm more comfortable as this models grip is pretty rough and this really helped.</span>

<span>This is sold and packaged for my Smith & Wesson SD9, but it does not fit properly, as it said in description and directions. It required trimming and the cutout does not fit the Smith and Wesson logo as advertised. Very disappointed, because I like the feel.</span>

<span>When the Smith and Wesson logo shows through the cutout, the magazine release is covered. If I try to reorient the grip cover it will not allow the logo to show or the release to be accessible. After fooling around for a while and watching videos online, the distance from the cutout for the logo to the release button is too long. There is no way to trim or twist is that seems to work. I just threw it away. I will seek another solution to the backstrap discomfort.</span>
