Talon Grips Glock 19 Gen 5 Rubber Grip

<span>UPDATE: The company got in touch with me right away and informed me that the wrong product (for a Glock 43) was shipped instead of the one I ordered (for a Glock 19). They overnighted a new grip which I received the next day and fits perfectly. Anyone who has used TALON grips knows they are awesome. Changing my review from one star to five star based on the company’s quick resolution of my problem.<br><br>—<br><br>I ordered this product because it said it was compatible with Glock 19 gen 5, I received it and it had a sticker on the front that said “Glock 19” and a sticker on the back that said it was compatible with Glock 19. However, immediately it was clear that this grip tape was far too small for the 19 grip and intended for a much small gun. The product description is not accurate and this product did not fit my Glock 19.</span>

<span>I have heard great things on talon grips so was excited to put them on my g19. They fit well and go on very easy. My only issue is they don’t have any grip when my hands sweet. I think the sandpaper ones would have been better. Not impressed with the rubber (doesn’t feel like rubber). Not worth the money for these IMO.</span>

<span>Ordered for a Glock 19 no backstrap in rubber type. Was sent one that is the gritty type and has a backstrap. Guess I should have ordered for the manufacturer as KeepShooting seems to take about a week to ship ANY item nowadays</span>

<span>Went on smooth and so far no peeling for several months of everyday carry, good product looks great too the grip is slightly slippery though no more than the stock gen 5 grip</span>

<span>Amazing. You won’t regret buying this. It’s very easy to apply and the quality is great. After a couple of dry fire drills, you’ll really feel the difference.</span>

<span>Pretty let down by talon. Received March 27th, installed next day. Followed instructions too a tee, and this is last week. Great concept, comfortable when installed but this my EDC concealed carry (with a CPL of course) and it didn’t even last a month. They do claim 1-3 year life expectancy which is fine, but one month.. on EDC... Maybe a good product for a “safe princess” or “range gun once a year” but y’all who EDC I wouldn’t recommend.</span>

<span>Talon grips are amazing. Does not add any thickness to the handle. It feels like the same exact handle with gripping surface .</span>

<span>I’ve bought Talon grips for all of my glocks and had no issues. But this set seem to be a little rough not as soft as the normal rubber texture grips.</span>

<span>I absolutely love these grips on my G19! I opted for the rubberized ones, and they feel great. Was gonna pay a lot more for a custom stippling job, but after trying these grips, I have no desire to now. I did use the heat gun, and they have confirmed to my grip like it’s part of the firearm.</span>

<span>Not for the right damn gun</span>

<span>Would have been a 5 star but the grip did not have the u notch cut out on the grip for the gen 5 Glock 19. I was very surprised and even double checked that I had ordered the correct one. It wasn’t a huge deal I took a razor knife and cut it out but I chipped the polymer on my frame doing that. I have used talon grips on at least 6 guns and never had a problem until now. The product is great just wish that it was cut properly. The product picture even shows it with it cut out but the one I received was not.</span>

<span>I wouldn’t buy anything else for my handguns. Easy to install and very comfortable.</span>
