Genuine USGI - NSN checks out perfectlyThis is the real deal, not some Chinese knockoff. NSN 8465-01-531-3647 matches exactly to the Improved First Aid Kit pouch spec. The ACU pattern is the proper UCP digital, not that weird faded stuff you see on some surplus. Buckles are ITW Nexus (you can tell by the marking), and the MOLLE webbing spacing is spot-on military spec. Compared to the Condor Rip-Away EMT pouches I've got in my collection, this USGI version has way heavier stitching - you can see the bar-tacks at the stress points. Dimensions are dead-on 7x6x4 like the specs say. Mine had some minor fading from field use but honestly that just adds character. If you're a purist like me, skip the aftermarket stuff and get the actual issued gear.
