The USGI Twin Mattress Cover is a genuine U.S. military-issue mattress protector built to federal specification DDD-C-628 under NSN 7210-00-883-8492. Measuring 82.5" x 43.5", it fits standard twin, cot, and twin XL mattresses up to about 7 inches thick. The heavy poly-cotton fabric is treated to be antibacterial, antimicrobial, fire retardant, and impermeable to fluids — the same protection issued to soldiers in barracks and field housing.
