    Bought 3 thumb safeties, just got them today. Had to replace stock safety on my Government model Tisas, as under certain conditions it would let the hammer move when in locked position. These thumb safeties from KS so far allow zero movement, look great and seem to be well made. They popped right in too but I might need to polish them very slightly to help the gritty feeling when putting in locked position. Very happy about price and FedEx standard shipping too.

    The importance of this part is obvious. Whether you are replacing a worn out factory part or replacing a aftermarket unit back to stock I recommend you have a gun smith at least check this installation of this part. It's not hard to put in but sometimes it needs a slight bit of fitting to bet it working right. Obviously I can't stress the importance of this part working correctly. Definitely recommend having a gunsmith install it for you. (most gunsmiths will install it for you for $10 to $15.00) Well worth it considering the function of this part and the potential damage if it's installed wrong or worn out. RemMax
