These Air Taser Cartridges are genuine Taser replacement cartridges, the part that clips onto the front of a compatible Taser device and does the actual launching. A Taser cartridge is single use: when fired, it sends out two probes on thin conductive wires, and after that it has to be swapped for a fresh one.
