Description
Apache Ankle Holster
The Apache Ankle Rig carries a compact pistol low on the leg, where a trouser cuff hides it. It suits a backup gun, or a main gun when a belt holster would print through a jacket or shirt. A wide band wraps the ankle and holds a fabric holster pocket against the inside of the leg, with the grip left exposed for the drawing hand.
Features
- Wide Elastic Ankle Band — A broad stretch band wraps the lower leg and spreads the pistol's weight so it stays put while you walk.
- Open-Top Holster Pocket — The pistol rides grip-up with the frame above the pocket, so your hand reaches the grip directly when you lift the trouser leg.
- Sized For Compact Pistols — The pocket is cut for a small-frame handgun like the compact polymer pistol shown, so check your model's fit before you buy.
- Inside-Ankle Carry — The holster sits on the inner side of the ankle, which keeps the gun tucked between your legs and out of sight when you stand.
- Stitched Fabric Construction — The holster pocket is sewn directly onto the band, so the two cannot shift apart under movement.
- All-Black Finish — Black throughout, so the rig blends with dark socks and stays inconspicuous if a trouser cuff rides up.
- Deep Concealment Option — Ankle carry keeps a pistol off the waistline entirely, which is useful under tucked shirts or fitted clothing.
Wearing And Fit
Ankle holsters work best with straight-leg or boot-cut trousers that have enough room at the hem to clear the gun on the draw. Wear the rig over a sock for comfort, and set it on the leg opposite your drawing hand so you can reach the grip from a crouch or a seated position. Confirm the holster matches your specific pistol before carrying it.
