Works great on my Security Barrel for my 12 gauge Mossberg Maverick 88. You really have to tighten it and bend the metal into place properly. I spent about 20mins with an adjustable wrench, small hammer, and small piece of cloth to prevent scratching to bend and fit the metal, so it is snug. I didn't have any problems with it moving too much after firing. It will move a little if you grab or pick it up by the sights or barrel forcibly, but you can easily tap it back into place.
