P320 Full Size Barrel

This Backup Tactical barrel replaces the factory barrel in a Sig Sauer P320 Full Size and adds a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle, so you can mount a suppressor or compensator without sending the pistol out for machining. It is chambered in 9mm Luger, drops in without gunsmithing, and ships with a thread protector to cover the threads when nothing is mounted. Backup Tactical tests it with popular suppressors and compensators.

• 416 Stainless Steel — AISI 416 is a hard, machinable stainless steel that has long been used for match and service barrels.
• Black Nitride Finish — Nitriding is a heat treatment that hardens the steel surface, which adds wear and corrosion resistance and leaves the deep black finish shown.
• 9x19mm SAAMI Chamber — The chamber is cut to the published SAAMI specification for 9mm Luger, so it runs standard factory ammunition.
• 1:16 Inch Twist Rate — The rifling turns the bullet one full rotation every 16 inches, a rate suited to common 9mm bullet weights.
• Pulled-Broach Rifling — A cutting tool is drawn through the bore to form each groove, which produces clean, consistent rifling.
• LCI Cut — The hood is cut for a loaded chamber indicator, and the barrel works in both LCI and non-LCI slides.
• Knurled Thread Protector Included — A textured cap screws over the threads to protect them and gives you a sure grip when you remove it.

Fit And Installation

The barrel is made for the P320 Full Size and installs the same way as the factory part: field strip the pistol, swap the barrel and reassemble. The hood is marked 9x19 and carries the Backup Tactical logo. Backup Tactical covers the barrel with a lifetime warranty against defects.
