This is Beretta's own 21-round magazine for the APX pistol line, chambered for 9x19mm. It holds four more rounds than the 17-round flush magazine, and the extra length sits in a polymer base pad that fills out the bottom of the grip. It suits APX owners who want more rounds on hand for range days, competition stages, or a home-defense reload.

• Light Weight — The empty magazine weighs about 0.30 lb, so carrying a spare on the belt adds little.

Fit And Construction

Beretta builds this magazine for the APX family, including the APX A0 Full Size, APX A0 Centurion, APX A0 Compact and APX A1. In the full-size frame the base pad fills the grip. In shorter frames the magazine extends below the grip, giving more capacity at the cost of a longer profile. It does not fit other Beretta models such as the 92 series or PX4, which use different magazines.
