Genuine OEMBeen collecting PX4 variants for about 6 years now (full-size, compact, subcompact, and an LTT) and if theres one thing Ive learned its that you dont cheap out on mags for these guns. These factory JM4PX917 mags are the real deal Beretta stamp, parkerized finish, proper witness holes on the spine for round count. Yeah I know Mec-Gar basically makes the OEM mags for Beretta anyway (alot of guys on the forums will tell you that), and honestly the Mec-Gar 18-rounders are great too, but for my nightstand gun I want the factory stamp and the 17-round profile that drops free clean every time. Springs are stiff out of the box, loaded all 17 was a chore the first time (my thumbs were begging for mercy), but they loosened up after about 3-4 load cycles. Feed lips are clean, no burrs, follower sits right. These are keepers.

Great backup mag, no complaintsBought two of these to go with my PX4 and they are PERFECT. Drops free clean every time and the fit is tight just like the factory mag that came with my pistol. I did notice the spring was really stiff when I first loaded it up all the way to 17 rounds, had to kinda wrestle that last round in there, but after breaking them in at the range a few times they load up smooth now with no issues. This is definitely not a situation where you wanna buy cheap aftermarket, the OEM mag just works and thats all I care about.
