These are British Army combat pants in MTP, the Multi-Terrain Pattern camouflage worn across British forces since 2010. The cut is built for field work, with roomy thighs, deep cargo pockets and ankles that cinch over boots. They suit hunters, hikers, airsoft and paintball players, reenactors, and anyone who wants issued trousers rather than a commercial copy.

- Polycotton Fabric — A cotton and polyester blend pairs the comfort of cotton with the added strength and quicker drying of polyester.
- Button-Flap Cargo Pockets — A large bellowed pocket on each thigh closes with a buttoned flap, so maps, gloves or a phone stay put when you kneel or climb.
- Slanted Front Pockets — Angled hip pockets are easy to reach with a hand while standing or wearing a belt kit.

Six months of truck loading and not one ripI work shipping and loading so I'm climbing in and out of truck beds all day, and these are the only pants that haven't snagged on a tailgate latch yet. Had a pair of Proppers that ripped on a tie-down hook the first week. MTP pattern is legit, not a knockoff print. Fit was true on the XL 40, maybe a touch long but I'm short so that's every pair of pants ever. Took two washes to soften up.

Exactly what I needed for workI do landscaping and these pants are perfect. The reinforced knees are a lifesaver when I'm kneeling on gravel all day. I've had them for two weeks and no rips or tears. The only minor thing is the leg bottoms are a bit long for me, I'm 5'10 and they bunch up at my boots. But I just tuck them in and it's fine. Would definitely buy again.

Worth Every PennyFinally got my hands on a pair of these British Army MTP Combat Pants, and man, they do not disappoint. The build quality is exactly what you’d expect from issued gear thick poly-cotton blend, reinforced knees, and bar-tacks everywhere. I’ve put them through a couple of range days and a weekend camping trip, and they’ve held up like a champ. The MTP pattern is sharp, and it’s wild how close it is to Multicam (without the Crye tax, lol). Fit is true to size, but I’d recommend measuring like I did. The pocket layout is smart, too... two cargo, two waist, and one rear, so you’re not fumbling for mags or snacks. Compared to my Propper pants, these feel way more durable and breathable. Only downside? The buttons on the waist pockets are a bit stiff out of the box, but they loosened up after a few wears.

Best surplus pants I've owned, hands downThese are the real deal actual British Army issue not some chinese knockoff with "tactical" slapped on the label. I've been beating on mine for about 6 months now, probably 20+ range days and a few camping trips thrown in. The poly-cotton blend is tough as nails but still breathes decent in summer heat. Five pockets is the sweet spot enough storage without looking like you're wearing JNCOs from 1998. Only thing I'd note is the button fly takes a minute to get used to if you're a zipper guy. Washed em probably 15 times and the MTP pattern still looks crisp, no fading. For the price? Way better value than dropping $200+ on Crye Precision when these do 95% of the same job.
