Drop-Leg Pistol Holster

The British Black Thigh Holster carries a full-size handgun low on the thigh instead of on the hip. That keeps the pistol clear of body armor, a chest rig or a vest that would otherwise block a belt holster. A quick-release buckle at the belt and two buckled leg straps let you take the whole rig off without removing your belt, and a spare magazine rides on the front, next to the gun.

Features

• Drop-Leg Design — The holster hangs from the belt and sits along the outer thigh, putting the grip at a natural reach when you wear gear around the waist and torso.
• Hook-And-Loop Belt Loop — The wide top strap folds over your belt and closes on itself with hook-and-loop fastener, so it fits a range of belt widths.
• Quick-Release Buckle — A side-release buckle below the belt loop lets you unclip the holster from the belt in one movement and refit it just as fast.
• Snap Retention Strap — A strap passes over the back of the pistol and fastens with a press stud and hook-and-loop, holding the gun in place until you release it.
• Two Elastic Thigh Straps — Two elasticated straps wrap the leg and close with side-release buckles, keeping the holster from swinging or riding up when you move.
• Slide-Adjustable Straps — Each leg strap runs through a plastic slide adjuster, so you can set the fit for your thigh and tighten or loosen it over different clothing.
• Spare Magazine Pouch — A single magazine pouch is sewn to the front of the holster and closes with a hook-and-loop flap.
• Black Nylon Construction — The body, straps and pouch are black fabric and webbing with black plastic hardware, which matches dark uniforms and duty kit.

Fit And Adjustment

The photographs show the holster carrying a full-size, double-stack service pistol, which gives a fair idea of the size class it suits. Ride height is set by how far the belt loop folds over the belt, and both leg straps adjust for snug wear over trousers. The sewn label reads "Leg Holster Standard Style, Black Colour."
