Olive Drab Canvas Ammo Shoulder Bag

Just what I wanted for an over the shoulder carry. It carries everything I carry and it does it very nicely. Not only does it have an internal sleeve pocket it has an outside pouch on the flap with velcro closure. Its canvas but with some rubber backing so it wont tear on those points of friction. it will last me years of service, a true example of "you get what you pay for". A wonderful product

My husband and I each ordered one of these bags. I got the military tiger stripe and my husband got khaki. They are sturdy canvas and they fit my kindle, a spiral notebook, small sketchbook, pen and other random items I need to carry around.

the design is good, I have added 6-LED lights and magnetic powerbank in the small pouch on top of the bag, its 7 inches and I carry my phone 7.8inches with the bag and fits perfectly on my back for a rider/motorcyclist, its big and perfect if you need the bag as carry on in airplanes, and has enough space for some first-aid supplies and cables

I bought this because I was afraid I was gonna be abducted by one of these things: I'm no astronaut, but I did go on the shuttle when it was offered in the mid 90s and since I liked the whole launch-liftoff thing, this seemed like a better option than buying one of those awful disposable spacesuits. But this thing works. I haven't had any difficulties with this product. I haven't taken it on an interplanetary voyage, and there are no guarantees on the return trip. I did find that the two pouches in the back tend to sag down and interfere with your access to the inner compartments. I can fix that with a strip of tape, but I did not find the pouches useful. You don't need a space helmet, you don't need your own breathing apparatus. I don't recommend using this in any way that will involve physical exertion, you don't want to take it with you if you're swimming or doing yard work. This thing isn't meant for that. For what it's designed to do, I'm pleased.

This is an awesome bag and is a perfect cross body for women but when I put in the water bottle that came with the bag it wouldn't fit in it so it can only fit 1 bottle

<p>So happy with this purchase! It’s a thick canvas material that I know will hold up to everyday use. My biggest joy is that it fits so much!! I am able to fit my 11 inch iPad as well as an entire hardcover novel!! The front pockets are so handy for storing things I need quick access to like my keys or lipstick. The strap is very adjustable, so I can wear it over my thick winter coats without it being uncomfortable. Personally I wish it had a different type of closure, as doing the buckle isn’t very handy with how often I need to get into the bag, but it’s so minor that it doesn’t bother me, I just leave it open. Overall super happy with this purchase and glad to have a new every day bag that can fit my essentials!</p>

<p>This thing is roomy as hell. Sure, things get lost in it, but it holds so much and looked great with my Indiana Jones costume. I think I'll make some alterations to it eventually, like an interior pocket, maybe a divider, etc. but great as is and good quality fabric.</p>

<p>It has the look I was going for. It looks "old fashion". My biggest complaint is the strap is too short. I'm 5'11" and even with the strap the longest I can make it, the bag sits on my lower ribs. I had hoped the bag would sit at my waist level. The strap is permanently attached to the bag. So there is no easy way to replace the strap with a longer one.</p>

<p>I am a male using this to replace a sling bag to carry everyday items.<br /><br />I use this to hold a water bottle, notepad, sunglasses, and other small things I may need during the day. It doesn't have any zipper to secure things, but it does tend to sit upright if you have enough stuff in it. Also -- be aware that the loop/latching mechanism is designed for a "full" bag (probably full of ammunition...) -- so if you try to secure the latch with the bag mostly empty it will not look right (you need the bag to be in its "box" shape for the latch to work right).<br /><br />I have used this for traveling on airplanes as a personal item and also carried with me to restaurants, parks, in and out of the car, and it has worked well in all cases. For the price, I cannot imagine anything else working as well as this bag.</p>

<p>Only drawback is no zippers or snaps. So watch the valuables. Or sew the snaps yourself. Rugged. Price is good. Good accessory for your Davy Crockett or Annie Oakley customer; then, for real, take it on some hikes.</p>

<p>Got this for my son's archaeological dig set and it's a nice, sturdy, army style bag. No complaints.</p>

<p>He wanted a man purse for his stuff that’s not a giant backpack. It was inexpensive and does the job.</p>

<p>The bag, while it is small on the outside, is rather spacious on the inside. It holds my wallet, phone, keys, any little odds and ends. The two pockets on the front are great for chargers, pens, or that USB that needs a safe little spot. The two things I dislike are the arm strap and the front closing buckle. The buckle is just a hassle to finagle in a hurry and it is not practical unless you are traveling long distance. The shoulder strap is rather uncomfortable and I will be looking into replacing it as the bag part itself is durable and quite useful.</p>

<p>This is a great companion to the flip over messenger bag. This bag will hold alot and there is always a place for something. Buy both backs and you will not need a suitcase and it will fit under airline seats easily.</p>

<p>I hate doing this, I really do.<br /><br />Originally. I gave this haversack/messenger bag/ammo bag (or whatever you wish to call it) a perfect rating. But, after wearing it daily for several days, I have to drop the 5 STAR rating, and now give it 3 stars.<br /><br /></p>

<p>It seems very strong and durable... very well made.. looks like the bag I had from the military. No inside pockets.. just a bag..2 outside pockets big enough for my pistol magazines. Inside I keep my pistol, ammo, cleaning kit. when I transport to the range</p>

<p>I’m big into bags, and packs, and tend to be really picky. I was looking for a small shoulder bag, to put fishing gear in. The price was right to give it a try. I have been impressed with it. The seems are good, I haven’t had any loose threads or separation on it, and I have been rough on it. For a small shoulder bag, I don’t think you can do better for the price.</p>
