UnderratedI'm genuinely impressed with what showed up. The Croatian military made the jump from Strichtarn (East German-influenced pattern) to a locally produced M81 Woodland variant sometime in the late 1980s through the 1990s, and this shirt is exactly that a ripstop field shirt that looks like the classic US 4-pocket BDU at a glance but has subtle differences if you know what to look for. The coloration is slightly more saturated than what you'd see on a genuine USGI Propper or Tru-Spec contract shirt, and the pocket layout has minor geometry differences the chest pockets sit just a hair lower and the button placket stitching is cruder but honestly solid. Mine arrived still in its original plastic wrap, basically New Old Stock, with a Croatian-language tag sewn inside the collar. No DLA contract number obviously since this isn't USGI, but the tag denotes size in European convention which I appreciated. The ripstop weave is legible and tight comparable to mid-run USGI BDU fabric, not the flimsy stuff you get on Rothco repros. For the price Keep Shooting is asking, this is an extraordinary value for anyone building a Balkans conflict impression or who just wants a durable woodland shirt that carries real history.
