I am a big boy 6 foot and around 250 pounds and these shirts fit me well. They're thin and soft but still wearable in warmer temps or with another layer. I would suggest getting a few as you will want them.

I bought this in large, I am a woman and wear it as an undershirt. The XL is perfect for me, 170lbs and about 5 foot 8. It's not meant to be a skimpy fit so it's fine. It is a good fit for a big person. It is a bit heavy and not very soft. I will use this and others for a variety of uses. Great shirt.
