The DeSantis Intruder is an inside-the-waistband (IWB) holster, meaning it rides between your pants and your body so a shirt covers the pistol. This one is shaped for the Ruger LC9. It pairs a molded polymer shell, which holds the pistol and keeps the trigger guard covered, with a wide leather backing that sits against your side. The design suits everyday concealed carry with a compact single-stack 9mm.

Hybrid Construction

The Intruder is a hybrid holster: the polymer shell is screwed through the leather backing, giving you the retention of a hard shell with leather on the body side. The outer face of the leather is finished in black and the inner face is left natural tan. The shell is cut for the Ruger LC9, so check your pistol model before ordering.
