The French Army Hospital Bed Sheet is an excellent example of how quality military surplus brings value every day. These bed sheets are constructed from linen, which has long been associated with a more comfortable sleeping environment than any other natural fiber. This better sleeping environment comes from the natural properties of linen, which resists bacterial growth and acts as a natural insulator to ensure comfort no matter what season it is.

Inaccurate fiber content
These sheets were listed as being 100% linen. Linen is flax fiber and has very specific and unmistakable characteristics. I can say after washing all the sizing out and performing a burn test on the fibers, these sheets are not 100% linen, they don't seem to contain any linen/flax fibers at all. The burn test revealed the presence of synthetic fibers in the fabric.
These sheets were presented to Customs with documentation from the French government as to their fiber content. Customs cleared them as linen, which had their testing shown otherwise, would have resulted in a higher import duty. We have no independent testing in our company, and rely upon the foreign government and our own government to certify fiber contents on items like this.

We are 100% willing to accept a return on any item your not happy with. Rather than burn an item, call us next time, and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
