The Glock 21 Threaded Barrel (SP39895) is a factory OEM replacement barrel that converts your full-size .45 ACP Glock 21 into a suppressor-ready pistol. Measuring 5.06 inches with M16x1 left-hand threads, it accepts a wide range of .45-caliber suppressors, compensators, and muzzle devices, and ships with a thread protector for unsuppressed carry. Cold hammer-forged from steel and finished in black nitride, it drops into G21 Gen 1 through Gen 4 slides with no fitting required. A direct upgrade for shooters running cans, building a host pistol, or replacing a worn factory barrel.
