Very comfortable for wearing on long plane flights, the fabric blocks out the plane air very well, nice to be able to go through TSA checkpoint faster without having to take your shoes off and don't have to take off jacket or shirt either, you can't ask for more. These fit and wick great, just what I was looking for. The best wicking I have found. Texas and the SW are hard on clothing and especially wicking gear, which gets laundered frequently. But you need it all to be as light weight as practical, not too expensive and long wearing and that has been the Hanes line, a nice blend of Poly and CoolMax and long lasting, but still light weight. No other brands have come close in my testing and for under $10 each you can’t beat it. And the dark color means no loss of bright colors when they bleach out over time. My son has some which are several years old, no sign of fading and still soft and supple.

These shirts work well in hot humid areas where they’re very affordable compared to other “higher-end” clothing. My Husband has MS & works in construction. He wears these to protect his arms from the hot/sun exposure & heat. The shirts dry quickly & hold up very well in a dryer! Very well made, not like a cotton shirt that’s very rough. Great to know you’re protected!
