3. Removable Red One-Wrap Medical Indicator — A 1" section of red VELCRO ONE-WRAP on the pull handle clearly identifies the pouch as medical and strips off when a lower profile is needed.
4. Main Compartment Sized for the Tallboy ETA Kit — Rear-most pocket fits the vacuum-sealed Tallboy ETA Trauma Kit or a custom loadout of loose trauma components (kit sold separately).
5. Dual Interior Wing Pockets — Two additional internal wing pockets organize decompression needles, NPAs, airway devices, and nitrile gloves so smaller items stay sorted.
6. Shock Cord and Webbing Flap Organization — Inside flap is rigged with webbing rows and replaceable shock cord loops you can configure to retain hemostatic gauze, chest seals, shears, and other loose supplies.
