The chart runs S 36-38", M 38-40", L 42-44", XL 46-48", 2XL 50-52", 3XL 54-56" and 4XL 58-60". The cut is a straight, regular tee fit, so pick your usual size for a standard fit and go up one if you plan to layer underneath.
