Rothco BDU Shorts Size Chart

How to Measure: Measure horizontally from end to end around the waistband for the waist. For the hip width, measure horizontally from the outside of one leg hole to the other. The inseam length can be found by measuring from the crotch down to the end of the BDU Shorts. To find the outseam length, measure from the top edge of the waistband to the bottom edge of the hem.

I ordered medium. After washing the shorts did shrink up but not much. It has some drawstrings in the waist. I'm 5.10", 170 lbs and they fit perfectly. The crotch area is a little loose, nothing that a belt can't solve. The waist is wide and there's two adjustment tabs that will accommodate different waist sizes. The color of the camo is really bright and eye catching, I was worried that the shorts would look old school but I'm pleased with the outcome. If you have an inseam shorter than 30" you'll be in for a surprise, inseam is very long for a regular fit. There are a couple of large hip pockets, perfect for a smart phone.

Love the style but the first time I tried them on the front button popped right off. I ordered a 3xl and had to have them altered but overall they’re perfect for out door wear. Just remember you need to order a couple of sizes bigger than you need so that the buttons and pockets don’t fall off.

My wife loves them. she says she's tired of the "Velcro fly" in all my new BDU clothing. The quality is great, fit was as expected, very nice, but as i said the single "Belt Loop" is not enough if you have a real "bear" of a man as i do, you need 2 of them or it just won't hold up.

These fit as expected, have been holding up well, wash them in cold and hang dry to avoid any fading. The velcro adjusters have a little fuzz on them that needs to be cleaned off to keep them from sticking, other than that no issues so far. The ties in the side are a nice option for getting the waist size to fit if they don't quite hit the spot right out of the package.

Very satisfied with product and shipping. I ordered the shorts, which were as expected but are more durable than you'd expect. A pair of rothco bdu pants had a few threads unravel and that was disappointing. With that said I expect these shorts to be the same durability. I would order again from this vendor.
