Rothco builds this wrap from a single tube of stretch polyester knit, which is why it goes from neck gaiter to hood to headband with nothing more than a twist or a fold. The 19.5 by 10 inch tube gives enough length to cover the neck and lower face at once, and the stretch lets one size fit most adults.
