S13008008I bought these for winter hiking and they are AMAZING. I used them on a three day camping trip in the mountains where it was freezing at night and my feet stayed warm the whole time even walking around the cold camp. They're thick and cushioned which is exactly what you want when youre wearing heavy boots all day. Only thing is you gotta be careful washing them or they shrink up like crazy so I always use cold water and hang dry now.

Perfect for cold weather huntsBought these for deer hunting up in northern Wisconsin and they kept my feet warm even when I was sitting still for hours in 20 degree weather. The wool is thick and chunky but not too bulky to fit inside my waterproof boots. Only thing is they feel a little rough straight out of the package but after one wash they soften up fine. Definitely getting another pair.
