The Tru Spec Original Desert Tiger Stripe BDU Shorts take the cut of a military BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) trouser and end it above the knee for hot-weather wear. They come in a sand-and-brown version of tiger stripe, the horizontal brushstroke camouflage associated with the Vietnam era. Wear them on the range, in camp, on the trail, or as part of a vintage-pattern kit. They are a commercial garment made by Tru Spec, not military-issue surplus.
