While most survival knives are packed full of gear you would never need, this knife takes the approach of 'less-is-more' and delivers. The paracord is blaze orange and is used to wrap the handle when not in use, and the sheath comes with storage for the included emergency whistle which also doubles as a fire starter.

  • Made from Stainless Steel
  • Blade Measures 6.25 Inches

Get what you pay for
I haven't used it yet, but I'm satisfied with this knife. It's big and heavy and sharp, and the ferro rod makes lots of sparks. The sheath, paracord wrap and whistle are pretty much useless, but I'm definitely satisfied with what I got for what I paid.

Decent blade
Just got the package today and went to work sharpen the blade up. It holds a good edge for cutting small sticks or your MRE for dinner. The sheath is somewhat cheaply made but does its job although I replace it with a better leather sheath for camping. Whistle needs a good huff of air to get it to work and para cord needs re-gluing if removed from the handle. A good little blade for those who need one and don't want to spend a lot of cash on one.
