Polymer Tire Thumper

It took me a few minutes to understand that the tool isn't supposed to face up at 90 degrees to the handle but instead face forward at about 45 degrees. It does however, look kind of dumb doing that but it makes sense when I got used to the angle. A second pair of hands might be necessary to operate this due to the small area that your hand will cover on a tire. It is light weight, and the head is made of a hard rubber. No issues there, though it might make small tasks (i.e. checking tire pressures) harder than with an aluminum tool.

These products are a lot heavier than what the product weight should be... Other than that they are good products.

Well constructed. I used to use wooden handled tools but you get too much vibration in your hands after awhile. This is very effective at getting up the crap in tires that the pump misses. I would buy again. The punched holes are not a perfect round shape, I assume this makes for more leverage or stability of the product. But it's not noticeable in use. 20 minutes later, no sore hand, just satisfaction of clean, smooth, black, oembeb, llsivw & tire tread with mimo tread protector. Yes, that means m2 motorcycle tires are still dirtier than dirt to most tire thumpers, regardless of design.

Works fine if you add a 2x2 piece of lumber to serve as a Tire Sledge. (as if a sledge hammer is ever going to be in short supply around here!) Otherwise this works as advertised.
