It is a load-bearing vest, built to carry gear rather than stop rounds, so it holds no armor plates. Features

• Cross-Draw Pistol Holster — A universal holster on the wearer's lower left front sets the grip for a right-hand draw across the body and is sized for full-size frame handguns, with a buckle retention strap over the top.
• Three Rifle Magazine Pouches — Flapped pouches on the right side of the chest hold spare rifle magazines and close with snaps.
• Triple Pistol Magazine Pouch — Three narrow sleeves on the upper left chest keep spare pistol magazines upright and within reach.
• Five Shotgun Shell Loops — Elastic loops across the upper right pouch flap hold five shells ready for a quick reload.
• Reinforced Right Shoulder — Both shoulder straps are padded, and the right one is built up as a bracing pad for a rifle or shotgun stock.
• 600D Polyester With Mesh — Pouches and panels are 600D polyester, a heavy-weave fabric rated by thread thickness, over a nylon mesh body that lets air through on warm days.
• Hook-And-Loop Back Panels — Velcro-style panels across the back take ID patches and name tapes.

Fit And Construction

The vest is one size fits most, with the side lacing and front zipper doing the work of sizing. It weighs 2.31 lbs empty, and the open mesh keeps it lighter and cooler than a solid-fabric carrier. D-rings on the shoulders and lower front give clip points for lights, radios or keys, and snap tabs along the bottom hem can secure the vest to a belt.
