This is Ruger's own factory magazine for the Mark III and Mark IV pistols, holding 10 rounds of .22 LR. It's the magazine to buy when you want spares for a range session, a backup for a match, or a replacement for one that has worn out. Because it comes from Ruger, it is built to the same dimensions as the magazines that ship with the pistol.

• Polymer Follower — The follower is the platform that pushes cartridges up toward the feed lips, and the polymer one here is shaped to slide smoothly inside the tube.
• Steel Wire Spring — A steel wire spring supplies the upward pressure that keeps rounds feeding as the magazine empties.
• Polymer Baseplate With Tab — The black baseplate has a ridged tab on one side that gives you something to grip when seating or pulling the magazine.
• Witness Slot — A long cutout down the body lets you see roughly how many rounds are left at a glance.
• Genuine Ruger OEM — OEM means original equipment manufacturer, so this is the same part Ruger supplies with its own pistols.

Fit And Construction

This magazine fits Ruger Mark III and Mark IV pistols. It does not fit Ruger 22/45 models, which use a different magazine, so check your pistol's model before ordering. The body is stainless steel, with a polymer follower and baseplate and a steel wire spring inside.
